BE BOLD FOR CHANGE

We’ve been conditioned to play small. To not take up space. To conform to a definition of leadership and success. If we don’t confirm, abide, we get labelled. By society. Men. Women.  Name-calling.

And more.

#BEBOLDFORCHANGE is a wake-up call for us all. A loud one. A reminder that BOLD requires disruptive action. Which means you must do something that you have never done before.

Be uncomfortable.

Push the envelope forward more. Go harder. Fight with love. Be soul daring.

Dare greatly.

There is a collective energy & voice calling forth the most powerful version of who we are forward. And we are ready. Women are ready to step in powerfully into who they are. 2017 is the year we awaken to our boldest, sensual (in alignment with all our senses – sight, touch, scent, taste & hear). 2017 is the year of women. The year we collectively own our worth, claim our desires, release our brilliance into the world in the most powerful way and march forward with confidence and BOLDNESS.

To be BOLD requires vulnerability, courage, confidence and constant reminders of “You CAN DO THIS!”  I know how scary it is to be vulnerable – today try taking on a new definition for your mission ahead.

Vulnerability is scary, sexy, brave and courageous all at the same time. I received the biggest gift – a gift that has been shared with many yet I want to share it with you this Women’s International Month.

Vulnerability should be celebrated and through SisterTalk Group we do just that. I created SisterTalk Group so that we can discover & release the barriers that are getting in the way of our success. These barriers of shame & fear often tell us we are not good enough – which often affects our “BOLD for Change” movement. But we’re changing the definition to a more powerful and “take action” movement by creating spaces and tools for women to do just that.

BE BOLD FOR CHANGE.

These women shared the wisdom in their lived experiences – their honest – tried & true perspectives based on what they have experienced.

The unsung heroes of today.

It takes courage to be who you are. To share a bit of this with the world. But I’ve learned that in order to be BOLD for change – one must have the courage & the BOLDNESS to be who they are.

Be inspired by these women & posts who shared their most powerful thoughts with us. Being BOLD for change starts with how BOLD you are in your own life.

THE FUTURE IS FEMALE AND THE FUTURE IS NOW. WORTHY IS THY NAME. CLAIM IT.

“Release. Let go of the past that no longer serves you and make room for your future. I know letting go is really hard. It takes courage and at times all the hope we can muster, but in order to grow, we must create the environment for it. Consider which objects in your home just don’t belong and set your release the extra weight. “When I let go of what I am. I become what I might be.” – Lao Tzu”. “Take ownership of your life. Ownership allows you to write the ending to your story. Responsibility is the key to being the best you. I didn’t make any headway in my life until I decided to take responsibility for my life and my story. I blamed others, I blamed the people who let me down and I blamed myself for not being "normal". Ownership allows you to be in control of your life and what you will allow in your life. When I took responsibility for my life, it allowed me to own my story, to rewrite my ending and to stop playing the victim. There is power in owning your story. Use that power.” – Karlyn Percil-Mercieca, Founder & Creator of SisterTalk Group
